PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
This 2-day, hands-on programme introduces participants to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini, and shows how to apply them safely and effectively at work. Through practical exercises and guided projects, participants will learn to design better prompts, automate content creation and communication tasks, and experiment with creative AI tools like OpenArt.ai, InVideo.io and Gamma.app to enhance productivity and storytelling.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:
- Explain the key concepts of Generative AI and Large Language Models and how they apply to everyday work.
- Design effective prompts for ChatGPT and Google Gemini using simple frameworks (e.g. RTF/CTF) to obtain high-quality outputs.
- Use GenAI tools to support common business tasks such as customer service responses, marketing content, internal communication and report summarisation.
- Experiment with OpenArt.ai, InVideo.io and Gamma.app to create visuals, videos and presentations that enhance messages and campaigns.
- Apply basic principles of responsible and ethical AI use, including privacy, bias awareness and transparency.
