OVERVIEW

This programme introduces participants to the fundamental principles of Lean and Business Process Improvement (BPI). Participants will learn how to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and improve operational performance. The course focuses on practical Lean concepts and tools that can be applied across various business functions to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Module 5: Continuous Improvement Practices
