METEOR Learning will be conducting a 2-day KPI training programme for OUM and METEOR staff on 1–2 April 2026 at Menara OUM, Level 1.
This programme is designed to help managers and key staff develop clear, measurable KPIs aligned to organisational goals, set appropriate targets, and apply simple tracking approaches to monitor progress and support better decision-making.
Delivered through practical workshops, guided exercises and real case discussions, participants will develop and refine KPIs based on their actual work context—improving clarity, team alignment, and overall performance.
