On 2–3 December 2025, Meteor Learning Sdn Bhd, with our client DRB-HICOM conducted the Leadership Pipeline Capability Programme for DRB-HICOM’s supervisors/managers/high-potential staff DRB-HICOM Academy, Shah Alam.
The programme aimed to strengthen leadership capability by preparing future leaders with the right skills, mindset and confidence to take on bigger roles within DRB-HICOM Group.
Through a mix of methods such as short briefings, group discussions, case studies, role-plays, reflection activities, participants gained clearer insight into leadership expectations, practical approaches to managing people and performance, and how to position themselves to support long-term organisational growth.
